Join Mayflower's Newest Adult Education Program!
Do you find yourself wondering how to live your faith in today's complex world, especially in relation to issues of poverty and justice? Do you find that your life is rapidly moving from one year to the next and you have little time to reflect on what it means to live the Gospel as Jesus asks us to do?
Consider participating in the JustFaith classes beginning in September at Mayflower. JustFaith offers an opportunity for people of faith to embark on a spiritual journey into compassion.
Who: For you - adults who want to learn more about the Church's social justice tradition
What: Intensive education formation program for people who are interested in social justice
Why: To gain a better understanding of the Church's social mission
When: Wednesday evenings beginning late September through early May. Other groups may meet at a different date and time if there is sufficient interest - so sign up now!

visit with Karen outside of the sanctuary following service.
Commitment: Weekly meetings, retreats in October and April, four visits with people who have experienced injustice, and about two hours of reading each week. Cost is $145.00 per person for books. Christian Education has purchased other materials.
We will have an informational meeting on Sunday, September 9th in Milligan Hall immediately following church service, from 12:00 - 12:30 (approximately). At this meeting you will receive more details about JustFaith and we will respond to your questions. If you are interested in participating in JustFaith but can't be at the meeting on the 9th, please let us know so we can review the commitment papers with you and be sure you are signed up.
