October 2007 'School days' was the theme for the September Martha's Circle. Hostesses Jeanne Garvin, Doris Hare, and Helen Johnson decorated the tables with school supplies and provided brownies and ice cream for dessert following a delicious buffet potluck supper. Later, as a fun activity, attendees drew the secret name of another Circle member and had to draw her portrait. We then took turns trying to guess the identity of each drawing. As you can imagine, as few of us are gifted with artistic talents, the guesses were punctuated with laughter and humorous comments. Please join us for the October Martha's Circle and plan on enjoying a great evening of female fellowship. Bring a covered dish for the potluck supper and $1 for the collection.
