Mayflower Youth April 1st (No foolin‘!) provided a wonderful spring day for Mayflower Youth to visit the Oklahoma City Zoo. Thirteen kids attended and appeared to enjoy the beautiful weather almost as much as the animals they were there to see. We were also able to enjoy some spring sunshine at the park on April 15th. Sometimes it is great to just indulge in the blessings of a beautiful day with friends, Frisbees and a football. Fabulous! If you find yourself being beckoned from the sanctuary on a Sunday morning in the near future by mouthwatering smells of baked delights, it’s your industrious youth, fundraising for their trip to Heifer Ranch Camp. We have what is shaping up to be a nice size group of adults and kids attending this summer. The camp dates are July 29th- August 3rd with spots available for any still interested in joining us.
