LEAP (Learning, Enriching, Achieving, and Preparing) has partnered with OKC First Church of the Nazarene and other area churches to offer literacy classes at First Church of the Nazarene, 4400 NW Expressway. These are the only free adult literacy classes currently available in NW Oklahoma City, and we hope you can refer people you know who may be interested.

According to the OK Department of Libraries, there are 137,000 functionally illiterate adults in the OKC area. These adults not only have difficulty finding employment and functioning day to day, but they are unable to help their children with their school work.
