Plymouth Guild

Thank you for your wonderful Mayflower response for The Infant Crisis Center Baby Shower. You have helped many children with your generosity. Volunteers to make ÒAunt BillÕsÓ candy will begin the candy making in August. If you would like to help, please tell Merry Knowles. The more helpers we have, the more candy we can make to sell Ð and the more fun everyone has. If you want to honor someone you love, consider dedicating one of the hymnals or Bibles to that person. Contact Debbie Van Dyk at 946-9912 to have the proper inscription placed in one of these books and she will notify the person, or family, that you are honoring. The $25 cost for each dedication will go to the Plymouth Guild Benevolence Fund. Contrary to the report in our last Voices, the Third Tuesday Lunch Bunch did meet in June. A good time was had with lunch at Inspirations Restaurant in Edmond. Consider becoming a part of the Third Tuesday Lunch Bunch. It is a great way to get to know one another Ð and a lot of fun. Call Audrey Dragg to put your name on the calling list. Mayflower Bridge will meet July 24 (4th Tuesday) at 10:00 a.m. Men and women are invited to play and everyone is asked to bring a sack lunch and $2 (for prizes and for benevolence). You wonÕt find many groups having more fun! Call Erma Stewart, 341-6978 if you want your name added to the calling list. Regular monthly meetings for Plymouth Guild will resume September 11 (2nd Tuesday of each month). We gather for refreshments in Fellowship Hall at 9:30 a.m. and begin our programs at 10:00. All women of the church are considered members of Plymouth Guild and are invited to join us. It is a great way to meet and enjoy some wonderful people.
