Thank You -- Thank you to the congregation from the members of the 363 Group for the support (financial and other) we receive all year long. This support allows us to accomplish our mission of showing love to the poor and homeless of our community by routinely providing a meal, clothing, toiletries and other items as needed. Also, thanks for providing sweatshirts, hats and gloves for our clients' Christmas gift bags. As always, you were very generous and provided us with many items we were able to give to those less fortunate at our meal on December 15th. New Location -- Starting in December, we began serving our meals in a new location. We served our meals at the Wiley Post Park Party House for many years. Our new location is the Homeless Alliance facility located on the NE corner of NW 3rd St. and Virginia. We believe this will be a good location for providing our services and everything is going well in the new location. Clothing -- The 363 Group is interested in receiving useable clothing donations. Please limit your donations to men's and women's pants (washable pants, such as jeans, etc.), jackets, sweatshirts, sweaters, T-shirts and lightly worn shoes and boots. We are not asking for children's clothing at this time. Meals -- The January meals will be served on January 12th and January 26th. ---Steve |
