The 363 Group is moving. We have been serving our meals every other Saturday at the Wiley Post Park party house for many years. Starting December 1st, we will be serving our meals at the Homeless Alliance facility located on the NE corner of NW 3rd St. and Virginia . We believe this change of location will be a great opportunity for the 363 Group to serve the poor and homeless of our community. We will continue to provide our meals every other Saturday. Again this year, the 363 Group will provide Christmas gifts to our clients at our meal on December 15th. You can help us by purchasing a new sweatshirt (sizes below), unisex knit stocking cap, and unisex pair of gloves. We ask that you bring a sweatshirt based on the first letter of your last name: A -- C Men's XXL D -- G Men's XL H -- J Men's L K -- M Men's M N -- P Women's XL Q -- S Women's L T -- Z Women's M Please bring all three items, UNWRAPPED, by December 2nd and place them outside the Seeker's Room on the table or bench. Thank you for your support. Aside from Christmas, the 363 Group is interested in receiving useable clothing donations. Please limit your donations to men's and women's pants (washable pants, such as jeans, etc.), jackets, sweatshirts, sweaters, T-shirts and lightly worn shoes and boots. We have had only limited need for children's clothing at Wiley Post (recently, not more than 6 children). This may change when we go to the Homeless Alliance Location so we may need to re-evaluate after our December 1st meal. These items may also be placed on the tables outside the Seeker's Room. The 363 meals for the month of December will be on December 1st, December 15th, and December 29th. ---Steve |
