Sex Ed

Sex Ed classes have gone well, with 35-45 people each night. This has been another quality event in the interfaith relationship between Mayflower, Temple B’nai, and the OKC Synagogue.

LOOKING AHEAD: Confirmation classes for 11th and 12 grade youth have been scheduled for the last two Wednesday evenings of April and the first two Wednesday evenings in May. Taught by Senior Minister Robin Meyers, this series of classes could be called Christianity 101. The history of the Christian faith, background on the formation of the UCC institution and the congregational movement, and practical answers to real life faith questions is slated to be on the teaching agenda. Enjoy a time of instruction and dialogue with Dr. Meyers. The classes will meet in the Sr. High youth room in the education wing at Mayflower each Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:30.
