MY flower power programming is put together by a steering committee which meets three times a year -- March, July and November -- and plans activities for the next four months. The steering committee is comprised of six students who volunteer to represent the mid high and high school age range in the youth group, parents and staff.

MY is led by the youth team comprised of youth coordinators Toni Harris and Brittanie Groesbeck and director of education and youth, Shauna Lawyer Struby.

The Christian Education Board provides oversight, policies and guidelines for MY, in addition to fundraising for special projects.
