Some people say you have to be a little crazy to work with teenagers.

We think you'd be crazy not to -- after all teenagers are really cool people!

Mayflower's youth leaders -- Toni, Sharon & Andrea-- come from diverse backgrounds but have one thing in common: We think youth are some of the finest people we know, which is why we do what we do. We are committed to the youth of Mayflower, to mentoring and guiding them in the ways of compassion, tolerance, justice and peace.

All MY staff are part-time (some more part-time than others) and have other jobs and responsibilities. We thought you might like to know what they do in their other lives.

Toni Harris is an Area Sales Manager with AT&T and a long-time member of Mayflower, a former Mayflower trustee, and currently serves on the Interfaith Committee. She's worked as a youth leader for the past three years and enjoys riding her Vespa, yoga, gardening, traveling, and hanging out with her grandkids.
