We've found the best way to retain teachers is to teach in rotation, and we work hard to recruit and retain three teachers for each classroom.

What this means is each teacher teaches one month out of every three, or one month of teaching, two months off. This way, our teachers may, if they wish, attend services with their families and have time in the services of the church.

To keep teachers in the loop about upcoming events, activities and education news, a monthly e-newsletter is emailed with a handy teaching schedule to refer to. The newsletter is also online.
