Children, Youth, Worship Services, Sunday School and Childcare

At Mayflower, children and youth are an integral part of the congregation. Youth and children are welcomed into the sanctuary for the first part of late (10:45 a.m.) worship service so they may enjoy fellowship with the congregation and then released to church Sunday school classes in the Mary Ann Taggart Christian education wing.

Older youth (4th grade through high school) are given the opportunity to take a leadership role in services every fourth Sunday of the month by serving as youth ushers and taking up the offering. Additionally in May, graduating high school seniors and confirmands are given the opportunity to give brief talks to the congregation.

Throughout the year church school classes are held for the following ages at the 10:45 a.m. service:

•  High School - 9th through 12th Grades
